What affects the price

When you plan a whole-home renovation, your final budget depends on several moving parts. The biggest factor is the scope of work—are you moving walls and updating plumbing, or just refreshing surfaces? The materials you choose, from high-end custom cabinetry to standard finishes, play a massive role as well. Older homes often require extra budget for electrical or structural upgrades to meet current codes. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
